Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Executive, Customer Success. This individual will play a critical role in guiding merchants through their customer journey from onboarding to repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with merchants to drive business growth
  • Monitor delivery shipments and resolve escalated issues promptly
  • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for new feature adoption and up-selling
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks through collaboration with internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product enhancements and educate customers accordingly
  • Act as a merchant advocate to provide feedback and improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with various teams
  • Results-driven with a preference for using data to inform decisions
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires scaling quickly
  • Self-motivated with a focus on exceeding set goals
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies
  • Minimum undergraduate degree; advanced degree a plus
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Key Account Management, Operations, or Customer Service
