  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT vision that aligns with business objectives, driving enhanced customer experience, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the charge on digital innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to revolutionize retail operations, customer engagement, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Technology Governance: Establish robust IT governance frameworks, ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across all systems and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective technology investments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders to understand technology needs, prioritize initiatives, and communicate IT value and progress.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years at a Senior Director or VP level in a large, complex organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of retail IT systems, challenges, and opportunities (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM, E-commerce, supply chain).
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into tangible IT initiatives.
