Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates
  • Create and assign support tickets using an internal system
Requirements:
  • Experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in multiple platforms and ability to learn new tools
  • Able to follow scripts while using good judgment
