The Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing leasing activities, ensuring optimal tenant occupancy and lease compliance. This role involves interacting with potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, coordinating lease renewals, and maintaining relationships with current tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lease Management: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and agreements.

  • Tenant Relations: Build relationships, address inquiries, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

  • Marketing: Assist in developing leasing and marketing strategies.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain leasing records and provide regular performance reports.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.

  • Collaboration: Work with property management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management, with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of leasing procedures and real estate laws.

  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
