Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants, drafting and negotiating lease terms, and building strong relationships with existing tenants.

Responsibilities
  • Leasing & Tenant Relations:
  • Identify and engage prospective tenants through strategic marketing efforts
  • Draft and negotiate lease terms and agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract tenants
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management
  • Lease Administration & Documentation:
  • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing legal documents
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance
  • Maintain accurate leasing records
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with property managers, asset managers, and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Assist in planning and executing property marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies
  • Foster collaboration between internal departments to ensure seamless leasing operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and externally
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
