JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tenant Relations
1. Builds and maintains positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
2. Addresses tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Conducts regular tenant meetings and feedback sessions to understand and address tenant needs.
- Manages lease renewals, negotiations, and terminations in collaboration with the AVP – Property & Facilities Management.
Inquiry Management
1. Handles all tenant and prospective tenant inquiries regarding leasing, property features, and services.
2. Provides accurate information and assistance to potential tenants during the leasing process.
3. Ensures all inquiries are documented and followed up in a timely manner.
Housekeeping Management
1. Oversees housekeeping staff to ensure all common areas, offices, and vacant units are clean and well-maintained.
2. Develops and implements housekeeping schedules and standards.
3. Conducts regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and address any deficiencies.
Security Management
- Oversees the security operations of the property, ensuring a safe environment for tenants and staff.
2. Coordinates with security personnel to monitor and manage access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
3. Addresses any security incidents or breaches promptly and report them to the AVP - Property & Facilities Management
Facilities Management
1. Oversees the maintenance and repair of the property, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building upkeep.
2. Oversees the Facilities Engineer and Multi Skilled Technicians in developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
3. Coordinates with contractors and service providers for repairs and renovations.
4. To formulate and promulgate building regulations.
5. Monitors and manages the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
People Management
1. Provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the team.
2. Sets performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
3. Fosters a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Property Management, leasing or related roles with a supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, tenant relations, and property operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
