The Leasing and Sales Manager plays a critical role in the overall success of our business.
This senior-level position is responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies that maximize rental income and occupancy rates. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify leasing opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful leasing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
