Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Hunter's Hub, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Office applications, PC operating systems, and Windows Server operating systems
Monitor assigned tasks and scheduled reports globally
Collaborate with other Help Desk Support Engineers and IT colleagues to resolve customer inquiries
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PC operating systems, and Windows Server operating systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
