We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L1 Service Helpdesk professional to join our team at RecruiterPH. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client requests for technical assistance via various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough research to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the best course of action to resolve their technical issues.
- Follow established help desk procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our support services.
- Minimum of 2 years of college education.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Service Helpdesk role.
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with call tracking applications.
