Sales Description:
The Sales Agent will be responsible for channel coverage and sales growth of assigned area/territory. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and will be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement. In addition, they will be responsible for forecasting and inventory management, alignment with assigned distributor and ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management

Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
