The Job

• We are seeking a highly skilled Field Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on On-Site recruitment by attending Job Fairs, Local Recruitment Activities, and Company Events.
• Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates from events, conducting face-to-face initial interviews, and endorsing qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
• The ideal candidate will develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions, assist with centralized field recruiting, and provide candidates with benefits overview and discuss the next step process.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Required languages: English, Filipino, Local dialect.
• At least 6 months of working experience in mass hiring, preferably in Field recruitment.
• Required skills: Recruitment, Sourcing.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $40,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
