JOB SUMMARYThe Distributor Manager is responsible for the overall sales target achievement in the assigned territory by ensuringthe availability of Nabati products to our customers across all channels through the management of partnerdistributor/s.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES● Manages and strengthens business partnerships with distributors● Ensures Distributors’’ operations are efficient and effective, i.e., warehouse & inventory management, logistics,sales force, etc.● Implement, follow up, and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned Distributor/s● Ensures adherence to all Company principles and policies, including Nabati/local Trade policy, local TradeTerms, Safety, and local regulations● Ensures Distributors are performing their roles and achieving the KPI target set by Nabati● Works with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved by leveraging both vendor-led andinternally-funded campaigns and activations.● Understands the growth opportunities of each category and determine categories to prioritize
