Job Summary

The Sales Territory Optimization Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall sales target achievement in the assigned territory by managing partner distributors. This involves ensuring the availability of Nabati products to customers across all channels through efficient distributor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen business partnerships with distributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure distributors' operations are optimized, including warehouse management, logistics, and sales force efficiency.
  • Implement, follow up, and update the Field Sales Plan for assigned distributors.
  • Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies, and local regulations.
  • Monitor distributor performance and KPI targets set by Nabati.
  • Collaborate with key partners to leverage campaigns and activations to achieve vendor targets.
