Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

KMC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, recruitment needs, and long-term talent strategies to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Client Escalation Management: Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking exercises to provide clients with valuable insights on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and practices specific to their hiring requirements.
  • Recruitment Data Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive recruitment strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Project Management: Take on the role of project manager for key talent acquisition initiatives, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of recruitment projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant HR tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
