Part-Time Clinical Notes Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Clinical Notes Specialist to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of our team. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into multiple platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using collaborative tools.
  • Accurately enter finalized notes into 3–5 different platforms.
  • Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Organize and track notes using task management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Work Schedule and Environment:

Tools and Technologies:
