The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into 3–5 different platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using ChatGPT.
  • Accurately enter finalized notes into multiple platforms (3–5 systems).
  • Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Organize and track notes using Airtable and other task management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Work Schedule
  • Part-time, flexible hours based on workload and deadlines.
