Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Note Writer to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of AI. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into multiple platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using AI-powered tools.
  • Accurately enter finalized notes into various documentation systems.
  • Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Organize and track notes using task management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Work Schedule:
  • Part-time, flexible hours based on workload and deadlines.
  • Remote position.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in medical, mental health, or administrative documentation is preferred.
