Job Title: Clinical Document Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into multiple platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using chat-based tools.
  • Achieve high levels of accuracy in documenting patient information.
  • Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and precision in documentation.
  • Organize and track notes using task management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time, flexible hours based on workload and deadlines.
  • Remote position with the option for occasional on-site work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in medical, mental health, or administrative documentation preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software applications.
  • Familiarity with chat-based tools, task management systems, and web browsers.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks independently.
