About This Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of AI technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using AI-powered tools.
  • Enter finalized notes into multiple platforms ensuring consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records using data management software and other productivity tools.
  • E nsure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Work Environment:
  • Flexible part-time schedule based on workload and deadlines.
  • Remote position allowing for independent work management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in medical, mental health, or administrative documentation preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
