Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

Job Description:

The Operations Management Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining management standards, processes, and practices within the organization. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and those with some experience.

  • Develop a business case for projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct project costing and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and manage workforce resources to meet changing demands
  • Produce weekly and monthly project reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise
Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
  • At least one year of relevant experience or fresh graduate with potential
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of operations management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and reporting skills
