Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager role is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the delivery of operations support services. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams.

  • Lead the Operations Support team through effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, compensation planning, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed.
  • Monitor team results to ensure quality and efficiency, contributing to resource planning and budget management.
  • Develop new techniques, models, and plans within the area of expertise.
  • Foster alignment of the Operations Support infrastructure through focused technologies and processes.
  • Making evaluative judgments based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures in complex situations.
  • Operating with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Exercising independence of judgment and autonomy.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Managing teams effectively.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing a team.
  • Business-level Japanese speaking skills.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
