The HR Business Partner Lead is a senior leader responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational operations, a passion for talent development, and a strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Translate business objectives into human capital strategies and initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to business leaders on various HR issues, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
Talent Development and Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance counseling, and investigations.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Organizational Effectiveness and Compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change management initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in HRBP roles.
- Experienced HR leader in leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with business leaders.
