Senior Data Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end product delivery across multiple workstreams, including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure.

  • You will support the product vision, goals, and objectives by defining requirements and prioritizing delivery to maximize business value.
  • Manage relationships with senior leaders in Business, Technology, Design, and Operations to drive teams toward delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage templates, documents, and testing business rules to support deployment activities.
  2. Partner with Operations and Technology to mitigate risks and inefficiencies, ensuring governance by tracking workstreams, managing KPIs, and prioritizing deliverables.
  3. Leverage user data, industry trends, and feedback to shape design and roadmap with a customer-obsession mindset.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with delivery partners, including senior leaders in Business, Technology, Design, and Operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Digital Banking, or related businesses.
  • Proven ability to influence people at all levels across various job functions.
  • Excellent leadership skills in managing products, programs, projects, teams, and employees.
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
