Senior Finance Leader for ASEAN Business Unit

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team as the primary financial counsel and business advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial advice, leadership, and recommendations on financial issues affecting the business unit.
  • Participate in the development of business plans and programs, including budgets, forecasts, and market leadership strategies.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor, track, and report financial results against goals and historical performance, identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Direct and lead the finance team to ensure effective support function.
  • Participate in strategic projects across the organization.
  • Adopt and drive technology transformation to achieve cost savings and improve user experience.
  • Support the use of standard tools and reports, minimizing time spent on report production.
  • Work closely with Markets Leader to stay informed about current and pipeline sales and revenue, linking forward planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with People, Operations, and Resource Management teams to deliver workforce modeling in conjunction with financial planning and forecasting.
  • Mentor and develop management accountants and the broader finance community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and CPA or equivalent certification.
  • At least 8 years' experience in finance roles, with at least 4 years in a management position.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic analysis and financial modeling.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, embracing new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, data analytics tools, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and English language skills.
