Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Expert to lead our IT service management initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a passion for process improvement and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including its core modules, configuration management, and customizations. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL principles and best practices in IT service management.
  • A bachelor's degree in technology or a related field is required, along with 6-8 years of experience in an IT environment.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification is essential, and advanced administration skills, including form customizations, business rules, workflows, and client scripts, are highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, and implement efficient solutions to meet business needs, while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and deployment of new ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Provide advanced-level assistance to ServiceNow admins for day-to-day operations and support cases.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality end-user support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8+ years in an IT environment with strong IT Service Management experience and a solid understanding of ITIL.
  • 5-7+ years of ServiceNow experience in administration, configurations, customizations, development, enhancements, troubleshooting, end-user support, platform updates, and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technical Skills:
  • ServiceNow CSA certification.
  • Advanced ServiceNow Administration.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB, including integrating and importing data using asset discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF, Qualys).
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
