Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience, providing support to employees' inquiries, and assisting with the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the People team to deliver a customer-focused experience for all employees.
  • Support employee questions and inquiries, ensuring high-level customer service and innovation in our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration:
  • Assist with the entire employee life cycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding sessions globally, specifically in Australia.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ensure employee experience processes are met - e.g., referral payments, sign-on bonuses, etc.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
  • Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Owning the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Establishing the People Ops playbook, keeping it up-to-date with documented processes and links.
  • Administering Lattice, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations via 'Updates.'
  • Reporting on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.
Employee Relations:
  • Triage Zendesk tickets, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assisting with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
