  • NO BPO Experience REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
