Workforce Planning Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to fill a key position in our organization. As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing employee productivity, coordinating with training and talent acquisition to forecast and manage staffing needs, and collaborating with IT to customize information systems.

You will monitor the accuracy of billing procedures for all clients within the site and identify strategies to improve campaign processes and opportunities to increase profitability. You must be effective in driving staffing forecasts that are best for our people and our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather relevant data related to forecasting and calculation of program requirements.
  • Maintain a roster of staff with accurate employee details, including availability, preferences, and skills.
  • Analyze workforce planning metrics to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staffing levels, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BPO Operations background with at least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning.
  • Expertise in Forecasting, Planning, and Scheduling, and Real-Time Management.
  • High attention to detail, good analytical skills, and strong numerical literacy.
  • Thorough understanding of WFM efficiency metrics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management (written and verbal).
  • Proactive approach to making decisions and solving problems.
  • Able to read trends and project them into future forecasts.
