Job Summary

The Recruitment Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in building and managing our caregiver teams. This position involves extensive telephone work, interaction with caregivers, clients, prospective clients, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an individual to build the caregiver team by recruiting highly results-oriented Care Staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating caregiver schedules.
  • You will respond to inquiries from prospective clients in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • We recruit through job boards, social media, and other creative avenues.
  • You will provide accurate and timely information about services to prospective clients and schedule intake appointments for our administrator when possible.
  • This is your chance to serve as the point of contact for clients and caregivers.
  • You will develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process, including documenting interactions with caregivers and clients.
  • Required action includes sending HR credential forms and pre-onboarding forms through Docusign for signature and documentation.
  • Also, you need to update HR records in the CRM (Axis Care).
  • Match appropriate caregivers to cases based on personality, availability, and skill set.
  • Ensure client schedules are 100% accurate and fully staffed; arrange substitute/backup coverage when necessary.
  • Verify completed schedules to ensure billing and payroll accuracy for invoicing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Recruiting experience.
  • A sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
  • You must be reliable, coachable, curious, and committed to succeed; able to identify these qualities in candidates.
  • Problem-solving ability and independent work capability.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
