Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to migrate our operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, to Zoho One. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator)
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements
  • Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management
