Remote Consumer Services Representative

This is a remote work position that offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a consumer services representative. You will be one of the key members responsible for conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.
The job involves working night shift hours, Monday-Friday. If you have more than 1 year of experience making outbound calls, including appointment setting, and possess reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a responsible individual who can be trusted to work remotely and handle night shift hours. Your role will involve comprehending how we do things with clients and ensuring they're getting their money's worth.
Some of your key duties will include conducting basic provider data research, conducting phone conversations with clients in the capacity of an executive assistant, maintaining a balance between casual and professional tones, and jotting down what you talk about with clients in a clear and accurate way.
Our ideal candidate will be able to roll with the punches when things change at work, stay pumped and focused on getting stuff done on time, and demonstrate success in initiating and executing new ideas. Additionally, you will need to manage personal productivity and work independently with minimal supervision.
