Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with clients via phone conversations, gathering information about provider services and evaluating consumer experiences. This requires the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

In addition to customer-facing duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for documenting conversations accurately and providing feedback to stakeholders through written reports.

This is a remote work position, requiring the ability to stay organized and manage time effectively while working from home or other remote locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US banking, loans, and mortgages voice accounts
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Clear understanding of how credit checks and credit requirements work
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact
