Job Opportunity

The role of Booking Agent involves working with clients to select the best staff for each assignment. This may include tradeshows, conventions, in-store sampling events, sporting events, experiential marketing campaigns, and special events.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff over the phone and via email, as well as booking and managing chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide. Evaluating and processing all promotional staff after completion of each assignment is also essential. Building lasting relationships with clients and talent is a vital aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated
