Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies;
  2. Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels;
  3. Maintain the organization's applicant tracking system;
  4. Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience;
  5. Promote the organization's employment opportunities;
  6. Provide recruitment reports to department managers;
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in digital marketing or advertising industries;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing roles;
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Work Conditions

  • Willing to work in EST, CST, and MST time zones;
  • Must follow U.S. Federal and Local Holidays;
  • Must have a conducive work area;
  • PC requirements: at least Intel i3 processor or equivalent;
  • Wired USB headset with noise cancellation feature;
