As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of virtual assistants to ensure seamless collaboration between the virtual assistant's performance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, planning, and problem-solving for a team of medical client-VA pairs to meet target requirements set by clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability growth in their businesses and client-VA pairs.
  • Work with clients to leverage our services to grow their businesses as a Senior Operations Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA management and relationship building.
  • Lead client relationships and needs management with our services (Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, high-level escalations, negotiations).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, familiar with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded individual.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Capacity to think outside the box, understand requirements, and create solutions when necessary.
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Availability to work night shifts.

  • Camera: Capable of clear and crisp video output.
