Job Summary

As a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements through data analysis and statistical tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and sustain productivity improvements using data analysis and related manufacturing tools.
  • Ensure processes are in place to alert management of potential or actual risks in completing customer orders and planned programs/projects and their impact.
  • Collaborate with supply chains, supplier development, and strategic sourcing and procurement teams to support production capacity targets.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Knowledge in data analytics, statistics, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Leadership competencies in managing change, financial acumen, relationship building, and developing others/teams.
