
Business Operations Manager

The role of the Senior Governance Specialist is to ensure that the International Governance team provides excellent services to customers and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The position works closely with operations, client management, and local teams to address customer and program concerns and improve the client and candidate experience through enhanced visibility to operations leadership, effective execution, and improvements in key performance indicators such as turnaround time, quality, unable to verify rates and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Act as a support person to team POCs regarding all aspects of global vendor management.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management.
Contribute to the identification of problems and analyze data to drive performance improvements.
Analyze performance trends against service level agreements and operational goals.
Update/maintain operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place.
Provide insights and monitor process updates in expanding global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent courses.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Ability to think strategically and lead
• Customer-centric mindset
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
