Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Damco Spain SL.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service handling/support in Shipping and Logistics Industry, BPO Industry or from other industries using Spanish Language.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate should be able to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily issue resolutions via email and chat tasks in line with the Client/Process IOP's.
- Support peers with technical or process related challenges during process execution.
- Prepare export/import documentation and submit it timely and accurately to stakeholders.
- Adhere to IOPs and deviations to be checked prior with stakeholders.
- Focus on data quality to ensure SLAs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with Process and IOPs knowledge to create documentation.
- Perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
- Train new hires on the process(es).
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- At least 1-2 years related experience in customer service handling/support in Shipping and Logistics Industry, BPO Industry or from other industries using Spanish Language.
- Open to those who had Spanish Language Training/Class.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
- College undergraduates can be considered.
- MS Office Proficient.
- Able to adapt to new processes and work in a team environment.
