We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Cherry Philippines. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
