Contact Center Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Professional to join our team as a Site Director, Operations. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to contractual service standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large teams and complex processes, with a proven track record of success. They should be able to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions. A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs within the contact center, developing service policies aligned with overall business strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
You will work closely with the VP, Global Operations to achieve annual objectives and meet operational requirements. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to lead and manage diverse teams, both within and outside direct reporting lines.
