About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WFM Deputy Manager to join our team at WNS Global Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key workforce management processes to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze workforce data to develop effective staffing strategies.
  2. Implement efficient workforce management practices to enhance productivity.
  3. Coach team members and conduct regular performance feedback sessions.
  4. Establish team's performance indicators, analyze, and communicate compliance and risk to the group.

Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Workforce Management experience in a Contact Center environment.
  • Proven experience in using workforce-related tools and applications.
  • Able to work onsite in Eastwood Philippines and adapt to nightshift/graveyard shift schedules.
