As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide Product Information: Accurately provide information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints with professionalism and resolve them efficiently.
  • Document Interactions: Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow Communication Scripts: Adhere to established communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent Language Skills: Be fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Multitasking Ability: Demonstrate ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
