Job Title: Matching Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Matching Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with top candidates.

This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

As a Matching Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and evaluating top candidates from our existing talent pool
  • Scheduling and conducting multiple interviews during your shift
  • Handling coordination requests between candidates and internal teams
  • Creating detailed evaluation reports to help clients make informed hiring decisions
  • Working towards monthly goals to ensure recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations
