Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing:
- Set up new vendors, collect W-9 forms, reconcile vendor statements, and protect confidential information.
- Review invoices, perform 3-way matching, ensure proper GL coding, enter invoices, resolve discrepancies, and apply credits.
- Maintain payment schedule, track and manage billings and payments for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide support as needed.
- Accounts Management:
- Apply payments to invoices, verify deductions and credits, and retrieve remittance advice.
- Regularly reconcile AR records, resolve discrepancies, and monitor unapplied payments.
- Prepare customer statements as needed and review AR aging.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and NetSuite.
- High accuracy and precision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
