Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers with a wide range of technical issues.

  • Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers experiencing technical difficulties.
  • Manage incidents and requests within the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily ticket follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Resolve username and password problems, perform software installations and uninstallations, and provide remote hardware support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in a technical support role, preferably with an MSP or call center IT support environment.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
