Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all supply and warehouse-related functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and implement systems to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all goods received and stored meet quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, or related field; must have served in position of increased responsibility encompassing program planning and supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: Possess current USG AIS (GCSS-Army) certification and MILSTRIP or equivalent civilian program certification.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
