About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated workers to join our team at YZ MANPOWER SERVICES' in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone Zambales. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to maintain optimal performance

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

  • Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment and machinery

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
