  • Assists HR Officer in the conduct of trainings by: Taking and discussing some parcel of the classroom lecture using work piece/test specimen, module notes and slides for discussion
  • Providing demonstration and performance of actual welding operation
  • Preparing and ensuring availability of tools, equipment and supplies used for training.
  • Assists in the conduct of qualification tests.
  • Performs tool keeper function
  • Conducts inventory of materials in the tool room on a regular basis and submits report every end of the month.
  • Performs a daily inspection of the booths, equipment and facilities including wiring in the laboratory.
  • Monitors the trainees day to day activities and provides updates to training.
  • Ensures that equipment are calibrated/tested based on schedule.
  • Ensures that consumable materials are sufficient for training and testing by preparing requisition and transferring of items from the central warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree graduate

  • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Technology major in Welding

  • With experience as a training assistant is an advantage
