Job Title: Vendor Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee key customer accounts, reviewing orders, coordinating fulfillment with suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value client relationships
  • Review and process orders on the platform
  • Rout eorders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment processes
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of project milestones

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise and strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
