Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. This role involves optimizing internal tools and automations, user enablement, and ensuring alignment with business goals and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot to support scalable operations.
  • Simplify complex systems and automate workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
